Bryan has over 17 years of experience analyzing, modeling and implementing a variety of individual and business financial transactions. Throughout his career, Bryan has worked with companies in the startup phase to mature billion dollar corporations operating in a variety of industries such as IT, construction, manufacturing, management consulting, agriculture, telecom, and industrial services. In addition, Bryan has successfully supported a number of strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, opening a new facility, raising growth capital, and buying and selling a business. More specifically, Bryan spent roughly 7 of his 17 years working with a private equity firm focused on partnering with management teams of companies generating $10 to $50 million in revenue.

Bryan formed Sphere Partners to work with business owners and households in building wealth plans and business exit strategies that allow them to pursue the things most important to them. Prior to forming Sphere Partners, Bryan was a vice president at RedCloud Capital, a lower middle-market financial sponsor located in Denver, CO which focused on building industry leading companies by executing buy and build consolidations and expansion strategies. Bryan’s responsibilities with RedCloud Capital included screening and analyzing potential investments, managing lending relationships, interfacing with the boards and management teams at portfolio companies, overseeing internal and external financial reporting, and assisting with fundraising. Prior to working with RedCloud Capital, Bryan was a finance manager for Galileo International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Travelport, one of the world’s largest networks of travel brands, content, and service providers. During his time with Galileo, Bryan was responsible for overseeing capital investments, preparing and analyzing forecasts, and modeling strategic acquisitions, onshore/offshore outsourcing strategies, and international joint ventures. Prior to working with Galileo, Bryan was a senior analyst with FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance Group where he assisted lenders, creditors, and debtors with plans of reorganization.

Bryan graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting. Bryan holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation from the Exit Planning Institute and an inactive CPA license in Colorado. When not working, Bryan enjoys quality time with his family and volunteering.
